Your on-site consultation is a time for us to visit your property and get an idea of your landscape's potential and the challenges we might meet along the way. We recommend that all decision makers are present and it can also be helpful if you share any photos or ideas of what you have in mind. We can even make suggestions or recommendations that you haven't considered yet. If we all agree that our company is a good fit for your needs, we'll start working on your proposal. You can expect to hear from us within 48 business hours. If a design is required, we will discuss our design process and fee.

If you are interested in maintenance services, or if your project does not require a design, we will send you a proposal within 48 business hours.

If your project does require a design, we will need a few items from you, including a property survey. Once we have those, our landscape designer can deliver your design within a week and we will call you to discuss the details. If you have any revisions to the plan, we will discuss those to arrive at a final design.

Once you are happy with the plan, we will provide you with a proposal for the landscape installation so that we have an accurate budget to present. If you have us build your new landscape, we will credit part of the design fee, accept a 30% deposit on the cost of installation, and get you on the schedule. 

Weather permitting, our team will show up ready to work at the scheduled time. We are fully staffed with hardworking, efficient craftspeople who utilize the best tools to be sure that everything flows as smoothly as possible. We aim to work with minimal disruption to your life and your neighbors' lives! If you ever have any questions during the installation, just ask! When we are finished, we will accept the final 70% of the balance due and have a final walkthrough of the property to be sure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We will also talk about any warranties that may apply, such as a 30-day plant and material warranty.
