Our Proven, Personal Installation Process

Step 1: Get in Touch
Fill out our simple contact form, and we'll call you back within the same business day. We'll discuss what you have in mind, and then, if we believe we're a good fit for your project, we will set up a time to visit your property. If we don't think we're the right company for you, we'll be honest and can make other suggestions and recommendations.
Step 2: On-Site Consultation
Our consultation is a personal visit to your property, so we can get a better idea of your landscape's potential and the challenges we might encounter. We may make suggestions or recommendations that you have not considered yet. If you decide to continue with our services, we will begin working on your proposal. You can expect to hear from us within 48 business hours. If a design is required, we will discuss our design process and fee.
Step 3: Plan Presentation
Customers requesting maintenance services or projects that do not require a design will receive a proposal within 48 business hours. Projects that do require a design begin with a customer survey. Once we have all the information we need from you, we can deliver your landscape design within a week and call you to discuss the details. We can talk about revisions and work together to arrive at a final design.
Step 4: Plan Approval
When you are happy with the plan, we can provide you with an installation proposal with an accurate budget. If you give us the go-ahead, we will accept a 30% deposit on the cost of installation, and get you on the schedule.
Step 5: Installation and Work
Weather permitting, we will show up on time and ready to work. We are fully staffed with hardworking, efficient craftspeople who utilize the best tools to be sure that everything flows as smoothly as possible. We aim to work with minimal disruption to your life and your neighbors' lives. If you ever have any questions or concerns during the installation process, please ask and we will be happy to address them!
Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
When we're finished, we will accept the final 70% of the balance due and do a final walkthrough of the property with you to ensure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We will also discuss any warranties that may apply. We will tell you how to maintain your new landscape, and we can provide maintenance options for your convenience. If you choose us as your landscape maintenance company, we can talk about the extended warranties available to keep things looking great for years to come.
